

Micro Business - means a company which meets one of the following criteria: consumes less than 293,000 kWh of gas a year, or consumes less than 100,000 kWh of electricity a year, or has fewer than ten employees (or their full-time equivalent) and an annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding 2m.Īssociated Business means a business that owns at least 50% of and controls, directly or indirectly, an authorized business. Other Business means any business of the Licensee other than the If SELLER’s Business Systems are reviewed and approved by a Government agency, SELLER shall provide prompt notice to LOCKHEED MARTIN whenever there is a material change in the status of the Government’s approval or determination of adequacy of any of SELLER’s Business Systems.

SELLER Business Systems as used in this clause means SELLER’s material management and accounting system, cost estimating system, accounting system, earned value management system, property management system, and purchasing system. Other Business(es means any business activity we or our Affiliates engage in, other than the licensing of the Hotel. Former Business means any corporation, partnership, entity, division, business unit or business within the definition of Rule 11-01(d) of Regulation S-X (in each case, including any assets and liabilities comprising the same) that has been sold, conveyed, assigned, transferred or otherwise disposed of or divested (in whole or in part) or the operations, activities or production of which has been discontinued, abandoned, completed or otherwise terminated (in whole or in part).
